‎Ash-Sharqiyah board decides not to renew CEO Al-Hojailan’s term

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.‘s board of directors agreed, on Oct. 31, not to renew the contract term for CEO Mohammed Al-Hojailan, slated to expire on Dec. 31, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

However, the notice period to be served is two months, effective Oct. 31, 2023. 

Al-Hojailan was named as the CEO in June 2021.
