DONALD Trump’s former attorney’s second mugshot has been released following his plea in a 2020 election fraud case.
Rudy Giuliani, 80, was seen smiling ear to ear in his latest booking photo for allegedly pressuring election officials to change the results of the 2020 election.
Giuliani previously pleaded not guilty to nine charges against him on May 21.
The former mayor of New York and Trump advisor previously slammed the indictment.
“I’ve been sued about 20 to 25 times by a very similar movement to this one, which is the, let’s see what we can do to destroy Donald Trump,” Giuliani said during his court appearance.
“I do consider this indictment a complete embarrassment to the American legal system, but I’ve shown no tendency not to comply.”
The former lawyer received a notice of his indictment on his 80th birthday.
Giuliani was one of many of Trump’s allies who were named in the recent indictment in Arizona.
Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, legal adviser Boris Epshteyn, and former campaign aide Mike Roman were also named in the case.
“In Arizona, and the United States, the people elected Joseph Biden as President on November 3, 2020,’ the indictment reads according to the Daily Mail.
Trump was not indicted in the case, but is believed to be “Unindicted Coconspirator 1.”
“Unwilling to accept this fact, defendants and unindicted coconspirators schemed to prevent the lawful transfer of the presidency to keep Unindicted Coconspirator 1 in office against the will of Arizona’s voters.:
At the time he was celebrated with Trump supporters Roger Stone and Steve Bannon last month.
“The mayor was completely unfazed and even laughed as he was handed the papers and drove away,” an attendee told the publication.
“Guests were visibly angry as they shouted at the individuals that served the former mayor.”
Giuliani spokesman Ted Goodman told the publication that he was unfazed by the notice.
“He enjoyed an incredible evening with hundreds of people who love him – from all walks of life – and we look forward to vindication soon,” he said.
However, other guests were noted to be crying during the festivities after they figured out what was going on.
Giuliani had previously taunted officials in Arizona, by posting a photo of his party on X.
The lawyer told officials that they were running out of time to serve him in the case.
