PM questions opposition’s logic over GIP’s acquisition of MAHB shares

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has taken a swipe at the opposition regarding the Malaysian Airport Berhad (MAHB) shares issue with Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).

Speaking at his monthly gathering with the Prime Minister’s Department today, Anwar said he does not understand the opposition’s claim that GIP will take over the airport, noting that Khazanah Nasional Berhad and EPF are still the major shareholders.
